Dear Fellow Triathlete,
Are you sick to death of having to be continually doing long slow rides, runs and swims in the hope of developing this so called base?
Are you annoyed by the continual tiredness, muscular niggles or recurring illness… frustrated by minimal or nonexsistent performance improvements… and just about DONE with the lack luster results caused by the typical excessive volume and burnt out feelings?
Then what you’re about to hear will be music to your ears…
Because I’m about to show you how to put an END to excessive endurance training once and for all, and enjoy the greater fitness, health, and breakthrough performances that you get as a result.
And trust me, I know exactly how… because I’ve already done it!
Hi there, my name is Kristian Manietta, and yes it’s true…
I have put an END to the frustration caused by excessive endurance training with nothing to show for it, and myself and my athletes now enjoy a life with time to; train, time with our partners , time to play with our kids and of course time to get work done, free of all the overuse injuries, sickness, crappy results and the continual feeling of being wacked all the time!
But let me back up a step…
It wasn’t that long ago that huge training volume was a part of my daily life.
I had some massive breakthrough performances. I went super fast—8:57 (Ironman Western Australia 2007) and still needed to get a role down for Kona! But I did get my first ticket to Kona and with that sort of performance and the fact my wife Charlotte Paul won the female race we were pretty much ‘hook, line and sinker’ for the EPIC training route.
But what happened next completely changed my mindset and my beliefs, that up until that point I thought had served me well. See, we both got sick and sick for months with a nasty chest infection that we couldn’t shift.
This turned out to be the catalyst needed to send me on a personal mission to discover a better way. I wanted to uncover and learn all the ‘secrets’ to how the same exceptional results could be achieved on much less training volume.
With being sick and having our businesses suffer, I just couldn’t take it anymore and what was worse was I still hadn’t raced my dream race yet.
I questioned everything I had previously believed about training and how to get performance. Clearly I was NEVER going to find the answers via the ‘conventional wisdom’ of the majority of coaches and athletes.
So I got to work…
I went and researched both within and outside the sport of triathlon to learn if there was any ‘secrets’ that I may have been missing. I spent time with those who had done what I wanted to achieve. I found it became much more than just the training. I listened, I believed and then I applied what I had learnt.
And as they say, the rest is history…
12 months later in the same race that I had my massive Sub9 breakthrough of 8:57:58. I ended up winning my age group and posting another Sub9 time of 8:58:25… less than 30 seconds slower with nearly half the training volume.
Winning my age group at Ironman Western Australia in 8:58
I must admit that I went into that race scared. Scared because there were expectations. Could I possibly go that fast again with so much less training under the belt?
But here’s the thing. I just believed to the depth of my core in what I was doing. The training even though much much less was very consistent and I had put all those extra little pieces of the puzzle together.
No more excessive breaking your body down sessions… No more jacked immune system that was continually on knife edge… and no more inconsistent results, like feeling fantastic, fast and fit after a massive training phase and then only to have nothing on race day….
Just the happiness that comes from still having time for other important people in your life, purposeful training, and racing at your potential!
Then I got to thinking…
What kind of a person would I be if — knowing exactly how frustrating doing all that work and not getting the return in investment is — I didn’t try to help my fellow triathletes enjoy the performances I know they have in them, too?
So I decided to pull together all of the steps, details, and instructions I used, turned them into an easy-to-follow system, and make it available to the many athletes I coach who were having the same experience.
And to my delight, they started reporting the same successes that I had experienced!
Take a look at just a few of the stories of people my solution has helped..

“Kristian, I feel lucky to have you as my coach – the genuine interest you show in all your athletes is amazing & admirable….. I have been the recipient of these qualities numerous times over the last few months & saw you convey confidence & positivity to others whilst in WA. …I sincerely thank you for everything you have done for me over the last few months …I feel we have unfinished business….but I’ll take the 32 min PB & give it the credit it deserves” — Kirsten Gorman”

“Numbers matter, so how about these numbers? In 18 months and three races, my Ironman times have dropped almost 2 hours, and my position in my age group went from about the middle to the top 25%. In the same time, my Half Ironman results have moved into the top 20% of my age group. This has been achieved with training that has allowed me to function as a father to an infant, develop and run a solo medical practice and lead a department of surgery at a busy hospital.
I believe Kristian’s approach makes the best of the time that I can give in a normal week. Attention to intensity and recovery allow me to improve my performance in fewer hours per week than I used to train.”– Gavin Sandercoe”
“Following the advice given by Kristian and his TS 20 week Ironman training plan I managed to take a tidy 45min off of my Ironman PB recently. I did this while staying injury free and healthy and yet was doing a LOT less volume than my previous training programs. This plan just makes sense…. It is easy to understand and follow and fitting training in around a normal working ‘life’ was not difficult. The lessons and principles that I have learnt through the plan and also Kristians regular emails/updates have totally changed the way I approach my training and racing…and the results speak for themself! I am now looking forward to my next race and to taking another chunk of time off of my PB! Thanks Kristian”
Seeing how easily these other athletes were able to stop the excessive focus on endurance training and be more purposeful and get awe-inspiring results, I knew I needed to get my solution into as many hands as possible.
So I’ve decided to make my entire training approach available on the Internet, to anyone who needs it! Enter…

#1 The TriSpecific Advanced Ironman Plan

20 weeks of highly specific and targeted training that takes you from now to race week and puts you in your best ever shape to achieve your goals. This plan ensures you develop the specific skills you need in triathlon. What this means is we develop your strength, speed and essential triathlon motor skills first and only push the endurance aspect closer to your event… The beautiful thing is that your aerobic endurance happens anyway as a byproduct of the sessions you do.What’s more is that each session is placed so that we can create the specific stimulus we need on one system while a previously taxed system gets the recovery it needs. This means we can balance the hormonal effects in training, which allows us to continually work hard. This plan has been developed after thousands of hours of research, testing, refining to get more results in less training time. It’s been proven time and time again by my athletes that continually set new personal bests.
Note: Results do vary by individual. To ensure you get the maximum results of the TS Advanced Ironman Plan you read and follow all directions. The results achieved will be directly related to the effort you invest. For example- if you just follow the plan you’ll do well, but if you follow the plan and ‘be there’ in training with full focus and effort you’ll achieve much more… the same can be said with regards to how you fuel and look after your body… again follow the advice.
#2.Session Notes:

These accompany the plan. The plan is written in a calendar format of four week installments and the accompanying detailed session notes let you know what each session is about and how you do it.
#3. Daily Nutrition Primer

This is where I give you guidelines on developing a daily nutrition schedule that will build on your health and performances. What we fuel our bodies is what makes them perform. If we put garbage in, we get garbage out. I have gone a step further given you guidelines of when the optimal times are to eat and why.
#4. Intuitive Intensity Guidelines

This guide comes bundled with the Advanced Ironman Blueprint and show’s you how to develop or should I say redevelop the important aspect of intensity based off of your bodies signals.
#5. Strength and Core Training Program

Strength and core training is important for us triathletes. We do gym training in triathlon, not so much to build strength, but to develop a resilient body that wards off injury, gives a platform to leverage strength and power from and it helps improve recovery from our aerobic endurance sessions.
I have made it easy for you. Just click the links in the plan template that will take you directly to a video library of each exercise where I show you how to do the exercises.
#6. Recovery Strategies:

This guide gives you strategies that will help you recover quickly and more optimally from your training sessions. It also contains how-to pictures on self myofascial release (self massage). Body maintenance and quick recovery is a key to optimal health and performance.
#7. Long Session Fuelling Principles:

This document goes through one of the most key aspects of your preparation for your Ironman or Long Course event. That is practicing the ‘fourth event’ – Nutrition. It is crucial that your race day fuelling strategy for the most part be practiced week in and week out in the lead up to your big day so you have this part down! You want it second nature by race day.
#8. Race Week Essentials::

The Race Week Essentials guide will ensure that you turn up to race week relaxed and ready to enjoy the experience.
Included are the race day nutrition ‘rules’ that will help you avoid the many nutritional woes athletes typically set themselves up for on race day.
Then there are the Checklists that pretty much cover everything you need in terms of gear for the race itself and taper training leading up. If you use other items, then list them in the spaces provided. Print this out and check the items off. And finally you get my Race Day Tips, which walks you through your Ironman day. It provides tips and tricks so you can perform at your best
There is no doubt that you’ll be in your best ever shape when you have followed the TS Training plan and the important guidelines contained within.
If you’ve been looking for help for long, you’ll know what other so-called solutions cost.
You can easily pay hundreds of dollars for really basic traditionally periodised training plans that are just expensive and ineffective notes on paper, and have nothing to show for it but a dent in your bank account. Or you can pay a lot more and per month for some supposedly customised coaching plan that is still based on a periodisation model that doesn’t work for our sport and that will break you and your body down!
Of course, you could always try to come up with your own solution, but why would you invest that much time, money, energy, and second guessing when I’ve done all the hard work for you?
In fact, when you consider how much work I’ve put into the 20 Week TriSpecific Advanced Ironman Blueprint, all the added extras, the years of refining, how much my personal TS Team and TS Black Monthly Coaching Cost you’d expect to pay upwards of $1000 … which makes the actual introductory price of just $97 a real steal!
That’s less than a swim session at your local pool to be FREE of the second guessing, and the ridiculous training volumes that have been making your life so unpleasant for so long.
It’s a small price to pay, I’m sure you’ll agree…
And all the bundled extras..
You’re Covered By a 100% Risk-Free Guarantee
Your success in using my smart and powerful training methods, is completely guaranteed. In fact, here’s my 100% Better-Than-Risk-Free-Take-it-To-The-Bank Guarantee:

That means you can’t lose no matter what!
Is that fair or what?
There is absolutely no risk, whatsoever on your part. The burden to deliver is entirely on me. If you don’t start seeing the benefits of following my proven and effective training approach then I’m the loser, not you.

What I’m offering you is the easiest, most risk-free way to try the 20 Week TriSpecific Advanced Ironman Blueprint so you can see for yourself how my training method can help you increase your strength, speed, power, while improving your endurance (without the excessive volume), and help you achieve the race times you have always wanted.
